Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a Confirmation Email with all the necessary details.
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not handled by Nur-e-Niqab.

Stay updated on your parcel’s journey!
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number.
You can use this number on our carrier’s website to track the real-time progress of your delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we ensure every item is packed with care, Nur-e-Niqab is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact the Shipping Carrier directly to file a claim.
