Refund and Return Policy

At Nur-e-Niqab, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our straightforward return and refund process.


 

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The jewelry is unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All tags are still attached.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

3. How to Start a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

  1. The item is defective or damaged.

  2. You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right for you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale or promotion.

  • Gift Cards: Any digital or physical gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banking Delays: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
