To be capable of a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the exact condition that you received it. Additionally necessary is the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we’ll give you a return mailing label and instructions on where to send your package. Any things returned to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Check your purchase as soon as you receive it, and contact us right away if anything is missing or damaged so that we may investigate and hopefully remedy the issue.

Sadly, gift cards and things on sale are not returnable.

Exchanges

Returning the item you have is the quickest approach to obtain what you desire. Once the return is approved, buy the replacement item separately.

Refunds

As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund is accepted. If accepted, you will instantly receive your money back using the original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may take some time for your bank or credit card company. Please get in touch with us if it has been more than 15 business days after we accepted your return.
